4. Scheduling and Availability
Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
5. Payment Terms
A deposit may be required to schedule your project. Final payment is due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods, which will be detailed in your project agreement.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and providing access to the work site during scheduled hours.
7. Limitation of Liability
Heimes Construction's liability is limited to the contract value. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.

10. Adjustment of Bid and Additional Work
In the event that additional work is required or unforeseen issues arise after the project has commenced, Heimes Construction reserves the right to update the initial bid. Any changes to the scope of work, timeline, or costs will be communicated to the client promptly. A revised estimate will be provided, and any additional costs will need to be approved by the client before proceeding with the additional work. This ensures transparency and mutual agreement on any changes made to the project.
